1. Vehicle listings and pricing

Vehicle listings, specifications, and prices are provided for informational purposes and are updated regularly, but may contain errors or become outdated between updates. All prices are indicative and are confirmed at the time of a formal offer. Vehicle availability is not guaranteed until a reservation or sale is confirmed in writing.

2. Inquiries, valuations, and reservations

Submitting a contact, buyback, consignment, inquiry, or reservation form does not create a binding purchase, sale, or rental agreement. Any valuation provided (including buyback and consignment estimates) is preliminary and subject to confirmation following a physical inspection of the vehicle.

3. Financing, warranty, and rental services

Financing is arranged through third-party partners and is subject to their own approval criteria and terms. Warranty coverage terms depend on the specific plan selected and the vehicle's age and mileage. Rental terms, including insurance coverage, are set out separately in the applicable rental agreement.

4. Intellectual property

All text, images, and design elements on this site are the property of DKM AUTO or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

5. Limitation of liability

DKM AUTO is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
